I'm usually found by the names of Catalina Blue, Rikudo Rain, or Kanra Khan. This doesn't mean I'm going to tell you which one is my real name. I'm a little secretive like that. Similarly, I'm not going to post any pictures of myself either. Secretive that way too. (THAT'S RIGHT!)
I enjoy reading although I read extremely fast and tend to skip several long paragraphs. As a result, I end up reading the book twice or thrice to be able to fully understand it. I think it's because I'm so excited to know what's going to happen that I skip out of the small details that are just as amazing as what is to come. Nevertheless, this habit of mine lets me remain entertained with a book on a fifth or sixth reading, always finding some detail that I had skipped the previous times.
How about I make a list of things I love? :)
Of course, the list can go on and on. Did I mention I love reading and browsing new blogs? If you come across this About Me page, it would be fantastic if you left a comment with your blog url. I'd be sure to swing by and leave a few comments and a follow :)

This blog is basically supposed to be an online diary of sorts. Although I may not post about every single that has happened to me, I do post about things that have been on my mind for longer than usual. In this way, I can calm down and think things through a little rationally. Even though I blog on here, I still have a habit of writing down with a pen and paper because traditional writing is comforting in a way that typing will never be. Most of my posts also tend to be in the form of pictures.
As of now, I am eighteen years old, residing in Pakistan, dreaming of a medical career and somewhat antisocial. Antisocial in the sense that I prefer to stay out of the spotlight and watch things from a corner and not have to interact too much. Make no mistake, I'm very talkative and friendly, but only with people I'm close with and know personally. However, I have a feeling all of this is going to have to change, for better or for worse.
I think I am responsible, a perfectionist regarding my work and that I have dedication. Once I really get my mind into something, I won't let it go until it's done. I work really hard for my goals and if I don't get what I want, it makes me really strive harder for clearing the next obstacle. I am open to all sort of ideas and can be found trying several projects. However, once I sense a cause is useless or there is no point in continuing, I will not continue. I will abandon ship and go for shore with the resources I have left.

Hi Catalina :D. Just checked out your blog after you commented on mine! First off, I'd like to say that I like the look of your blog. Green is one of my fave colours and the neon green and black makes your blog look mysterious!
ReplyDeleteI also enjoy writing on a paper journal as well, not only because it is more comfortable for me to write with a pen, but also because it provides more privacy. I love reading novels, especially young adults XD.

Aww, thanks. I themed my blog after my country. Pakistan has a green and white flag, although I seemed to have replaced white with black xD
DeleteThanks for stopping by :)
Hey!
ReplyDeleteKanra Khan I'm guessing? Now you're quite a patriot, nice theme! It's so good to see a fellow Pakistani blogger. I hope to hear more from you. Stay blessed! :)
Whoah, new theme! My biggest thought at the moment is... "FANTASTIC!" I love this!

ReplyDeleteThank you for the comment on my blog:) I followed you back on bloglovin!
ReplyDeleteWe seem very similar and I like what I've seen of your blog so far. I cant wait to read more of your thoughts and to get to know you better:)
Hey! :) I can't seem to follow you, the subscribe button doesn't work :(
ReplyDeleteYou have a really nice blog! (:
ReplyDeleteI tend to do the skipping of long paragraphs too while reading books because I really want to know what's going to happen next. I usually have to go back to the pages I skipped to understand the story further so I end up reading everything again. I love watching anime too apart from reading and writing! What are some of your favourite anime's?

Autumn and Winter are definitely my favourite seasons, because who doesn't love sweater weather?! I skip paragraphs too, oops... I find some extremely long descriptions quite boring, I had to re-read The Perks Of Being a Wallflower as I didn't understand a few things.
